I booked a car for pickup in Phoenix for 9 days. While booking,the quoted fee was $145 + their booking fee which was about $30.00 less than any other rental I could find at the time.
I proceeded to book the car and after the confirmation did I notice big bold wording that stated 'Total Due at Time of Pickup $....' with an asterisk after the wording. Below the asterisk it stated in smaller print 'plus fees and taxes'.
My so called cheaper rental now cost me more than a hundred dollars more than their competitors.
RENTERS BEWARE OF THEIR DECEPTIVE PRACTICES

Thank You for taking the time to provide feedback in regards to Your recent rental. We certainly do understand Your frustration, but and we take our customer care very seriously we would like to apologize for the inconvenience.
In terms and conditions was clearly stated point concern additional costs and expenses. What is included to the car price and what should be paid upon arrival to the rental companies counter.
We would like to ask you provide us your Booking Group vouchers number and we immediately chech situation concern your issue and let you know.
