They ask for full payment up front when booking and you are meant to get a booking voucher by email. Once payment is made and they have your money, you receive nothing and they ignore email and web form. You can't cancel the booking and get a refund without thye voucher number.
Apparently if you give poor reviews, they might reply so 24 hours of bad reviews across multiple platforms and groups coming up. Then I will have report it to the credit card company to reverse the payment.
So not a great experience really, go with a proper company, this is dodgy.
