Good evening ,

I want to present a complaint about my car rental.
Today, 22/06/2019 i went to pick the car i rented (a Dacia Duster) and already paid (41.33 euros) and no car was found. First i went to the adress that is writen on the voucher ( Industrial Zone of Sido Ghanem in Marrakech, Office nº491) but no one could find it; than i went to the adress that you have on your website but the the store was closed. Meanwhile i called many times the number on the voucher and when i could finally talk to someone they said that there was no reservation.
I finally went to the airport and talked with the man responsible for the DiRent and he confirmed that there was nothing with my name.
You ruined one day of my vacation, caused many stress, lost time and money.
I demand to know why this happened and i want my money back.
