“Reservation unsatisfied”

After twelve hours from the reservation I received an email: "As per your request your reservation have been canceled" with any other explanation. Of course I didn't require the cancelation.
In order to get some informations about the cancelation, I tried to call (no responses), I required a call back (no calls received). In the end I sent an email (I guess it isn't the fastest way to solve this kind of issues), this way I got a feedback. "We sold out". Nothing more.
For sure is a cheap solution to rent a car, but the value of the service reflects the money to be paid.
