First we waited for 30 min in the airport parking for the shuttle bus, in the sun, 40 degrees. Then we took the car and everything was beautiful in Crete, a great holiday. The problems started to appear when we returned the car.
There was a minor scratch - I strongly suspect it was there from the begining, but my fault didnt check well enough - I wont get into that. "Only" 450 euro excess for a minor scratch under the passenger door.
The guy who made the paperwork did a very poor job.. instead of a clean bill with the damage so I can get my money back from the insurance without headaches he did a puzzle there so i had to do detective work to understand what was going on. I mean why would you put on the same bill the cost for the child car seat along with the damage from the scratch??? On top of that he overcharged me and lied to me that the difference was from taxes.
Stay away! I had 2 booking this year with them and they overcharged me in both.
You may think its cheap but they will trick you and in the end you will regret it.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused on arrival. The damage policy is clearly explained in the rental terms and conditions. All existing damage is registered on the contract when collecting the car and any new damage will unfortunately have to be paid for.
