I rented a car with Centauro for one week. Things were ok at the beginning a part from long enough waiting for the shuttle at the airport and more queues at their office, busy times I suppose. When I left the car though, I forgot my jacket in the car and realised it 15 mins after when I was at the airport. I called 4 numbers I had in the documents, including one I was given for emergencies in case of accident. Unfortunately I couldn't risk to go back and miss the flight. Nobody answered any of the 4 phone numbers despite more than 10 attempt in the following hours. I managed to speak to someone in a different city 2 days after. Of course by the time they looked into it, my jacket was long gone. Despite admitting my mistake, how is it possible that NODOBY EVER answers the phone? What if I had an accident/problem and needed help?
