Very slow to pick up rental car in Palma airport, paperwork took a long time to fill in and as always being pressed to pay extra insurance on excess damage waiver. The whole process causes delay with customers queueing and some not realising that you have to get a ticket with a number on it (bad signage) to join the queue. I think it took at least 10 minutes to sort the paperwork out. It would be useful if most of the process was done online before you get to the airport, ie checking the driving licence, credit card details and a clear explanation on what is and what isn't covered by their insurance policies. The staff were friendly and the vehicle was up to my expectations.
