Avoid! Caro Autovermietung Gmbh.caro Rent A Car.never Again!
They charged my credit card, for a damage I have not made.
I have rented a car in Frankfurt, from this company with a good value for money contract. There was an excess of 500 Euros which was block form my account, be prepare for that.
At the end of my rental period they claim that there was a very small damage to the front wheel which was there from the beginning (barley seen scratch on the left front wheel that I DID not do!. For that little damage they withdraw from my account 428 euros.
As I saw from other reviews this must be their tactics. They have low prices and afterwards they find ways to get more money (see other reviews in TripAdvisor). Never again with this Company!!!
