I ordered a car to collect at Murcia with Carjet, they booked with Dickmanns. We landed at 21.30 queued in the car park for an hour and got told by a very rude woman at their van that they had no car for us. Even the confirmation email printed off did not sway her. She was not interested and did not care that the airport was empty at 11pm. A cleaner called a taxi for us which cost 40 euros.
Two days later Dickmanns delivered a car full of dents to our urbanisation and even though we had taken Carjet insurance, charged 400 euros to my credit card. On the way to the airport, the petrol attendant put the wrong fuel in the car. Fortunately I saw him put the pump back on the petrol hook. He was distraught. We called Dickmanns, they told us to push the car to the edge of the forecourt, they would collect. So no damage caused to the engine, I have no doubt they would fleece the garage for whatever they could. Meanwhile I had to get yet another taxi. So 80 euros in taxi fares and 400 euros as a deposit for damage. Many emails (with scans of bills and photographic proof) later and absolutely no help nor refund yet after 4 months whilst each blame each other. I agree with the other reviewer. Go with another provider who actually cares about customer service.
