Bunch of cowboys!!!

Please do not book car through Avis! I have booked and had no problems before with other rental companies, but this is the worse experiance of my life.
I arrived in Malga with wife and 2 kids age 1 and 5 at 11pm, we had to wait 2 hrs before collecting the car which was not the same class as booked, and had a dent on the rear left side door(this was stated in the rental agreemant)..

after a week with phone calls, collected the car which was the right one during my 2 weeks rentals.
Deliverd the car back at the airport, as it was, without any damage and full tank of fuel. after coming back to UK I get an invoice for £308, which Avis claims for the damage on the first car. I had to wait 30 days to even get an answer. I did not damage the car, it was already dented!! or I didn't autoutrise my creditcard, but they have deducted the money.

Please avoid Avis and BA holidays they are partners in crime!
