I booked a rental car with Atlaschoice on January 28th. The following morning, January 29 I went to Phoenix. When I arrived at Phoenix I had no information from Atlaschoice concerning which rental place I was to get a car. I did have two withdrawals from my bank account which have yet to be corrected one for $173.57 and one for $5.21. I immediately began trying to contact Atlaschoice. I found a phone number in the states for Atlaschoice which was answered by a foreign guy who lived in Simi Valley, CA. He had no idea of what I was to do. He gave me international phone numbers to call even though I told him I could make no international calls with my cell phone. I wrote several emails over a four hour period trying to find out which car rental agency had my car. Not one email ever was answered or has been answered since. After four hours I went ahead and paid for a rental from Firefly which cost almost twice as much as what I had paid Atlas-choice. I still want a response from your company. It has been two weeks since you withdrew money from my account. I had used Atlaschoice before without any problem but not this time. Two days later I received an email saying I was to rent from Dollar. That was too late for me. You really need to work on your customer service. I still need a full refund. I wanted to use Atlaschoice but because I never received any information I had no choice but to get as other car from another agency. PLEASE HELP ME GET THIS WORKED OUT. I just need one email that let's me know you understand that I have a problem. So far I have been sent 2 surveys and some thank you notes but no one has ever contacted me about the problems I had that day or given me any hope that I will get a refund. If I don't have an answer from you by the end of this week I will go on Trip Advisor and warn people about your company and your poor customer service.
