I did not find your representative at Luton Airport friendly or helpful.

He did not point out to me your flyer on the desk that the car must be returned clean and did not explain to me that when the car stopped it would cut out and could be restarted by engaging the clutch. On persistently cutting out i thought there was a problem with the car and had to get the assistance of the pegeout breakdown service at considerable inconvenience.

Hired a 7 seater from Charlotte airport in August 2014 for 2 weeks. Pickup was fast and friendly, car was new and in excellent condition. Return was faultless. Well done to all concerned.

I rented form atlas foar ft lauderdale 5 weeks ago. they quoted me 213.. i thought that was it. when I brought the car back.. it was 287... that was only the budget rate .. it was not until i saw my statement that they charged my 213 plus the 287... was not happy. If i rented with budget, it never would have been 500.00.

NEVER AGAIN.

I tried to reach atlas.. they are not reachable and you must wait days for someone to get back and it is a form letter... they are out of london which i did not know when i booked the car...

Within 10 minutes of arriving at rental desk, all the paper work was checked and confirmed very efficiently, insurance explained clearly and motorway tolls paid by us in advance. Our car, a Ford Focus Estate, was waiting very close by and proved to be ideal for our needs. It took 2 large suitcases and 2 sets of golf clubs with ease. On our return the handover was so easy. We approached the barrier to car park No. 4 and within seconds an employee of 'Best deal Rent a Car' met us, asked if we had filled the fuel tank back to full, were there any bumps or dents caused by us, asked for the keys and wished us a safe journey home. I would recommend them to anyone and we will be using them again in September.

After some initial issues regarding car availability before we lesft UK the service in Zadar was faultless, easy and very friendly . On return we were met as we drove into the airport and tyhe formalities completed there and then . Swift Cars in Zadar are an excellent organisation .

We experienced no problems when we went to pick up our car at Dollar which was exactly as promised. Very friendly personnel. We were very disappointed to be charged an extra $50 when we returned the car because there was sand in it. Hello... it's Hawaii and there is lots of sand! It couldn't have taken more than 5 minutes to vacuum it out. We would've done it ourselves had we been made aware that there was a charge and at that point it was too late. Kind of left a bad taste...

We rented a car from the Denver Airport. At the counter, they tried to charge us $130.00 more for the rental. We had to show them our Atlas receipt for proof of our quote. We waived all the additional coverages, as our credit card and personal car insurance cover collision and liability. We returned our car without incident. A week later we reviewed our credit card statements and found an additional charge of $153.38 from Dollar Rent A Car. We called our credit card company to contest the charges, and followed up with a call to Dollar. Despite the fact that we declined all coverages, they had charged us for Loss Damage Waiver! After reviewing our rental file, Dollar refunded the charges. However, we believe that this charge was added by the desk clerk in a deceptive manner with the thought that we might not catch the charge. We appreciate the low rates offered by Atlas, however, this experience left us with doubt about whether the companies they choose are ethical.

We just returned from Fort Myers, FL where we rented a car thru Atlas. Everything went perfect, from the quick 5 min check in to the really clean, cute little car we had rented. We were told it would be a 2 door compact car, but it was actually a 4 door and we did not have to pay for the upgrade. Just the 2 of us and we were able to pick the car up at the Fort Myers airport and return it to the Tampa airport without an extra charge. Would definitely rent from them again. Very pleased! Easy check in and out! Great gas mileage too!
