Good morning,

Not taking this car rental company, the prices were attractive, I also bought a separate insurance with AXA that covered a possible franchise that could charge you for damages, from the car company itself. It is a rental company that lacks an office at the airports and a driver comes to deliver the vehicle, they give it to you in a hurry, at night and without checking anything. The surprise is when they tell you that they are going to charge the franchise for the damages caused (which were already there), as you have the franchise return insurance because it is already ... the problem is that from the insurer they send you to the company of rent and vice versa, I am still waiting for the damage report for 4 months ... in short a madness. In addition the company charged me € 63 more and there is no way to recover them ... I keep insisting but I do not advise this company for anything. In the end, cheap is expensive, at the moment € 500 charged as a non-refundable franchise + € 63 extra charged without returning ... I continue complaining ... I would never have thought of such low efficiency and seriousness

I hope it helps, I wish I had consulted the forums before deciding on this company.

They use picaresque to collect the franchise for damages that were already there and that they will not fix, in order to charge them to the next customer.
