Great prices & easy to use

Came across 121 on Google and after reviewing their prices they were the most competitive. The website booking process was easy to navigate with multiple options and great prices. Making the booking was easy with the option to purchase additional insurance outside the normal car rental collection point. All the T&C's were straight forward and not too long to read.
The layout of the order confirmation was straight forward and not bombarded with too much information that I have seen using previous other online rental companies so this was a nice change. If you book early on the price is a lot lower than closer to the date that you wish to rent the car.
Very happy with the service and will definitely be using again for future rentals as the range and locations for car pickup and return was extensive, also when I called up with a query they were quick and polite to solve it and answer my questions.
