The young man, Hardip who dealt with the enquiry in the Solihull office was fantastic from start to finish. The reason good not excellent is that the process of finding faults in a car which is 12 years old. You are very rarely going to get one without the odd little scuff on the wheels or a minor scratch.

Probably could have achieved a bit more with a private sale, however that would have meant advertising and waiting for people to come round to view etc. Not to mention all the haggling.

Overall would recommend, however need to be realistic on the asking price to start off with.
