My brother saw a car in this garage and took for a test drive eventually. Due to the sheer number of cars here, it is impossible to test drive straightaway. He said he wanted to buy the car, but it had a dodgy stat nav. It had been taken out for repair. It turns out they cannot fix it and are apparently awaiting a replacement which they cannot seem to get. They want my brother to take the car away without the sat nav and they will put in later. I do not believe that they will put this in once he has taken it and they will try all their tricks to avoid it. I rang on his behalf as brother was unavailable and the salesman Ray was so rude to me and kept saying that the car could be driven away. I then said that he would not take it until it was complete and he started getting nasty and also said that he would not refund the deposit to him if he wanted to back out and go elsewhere, which I find absolutely appalling. So to date the car is still at the garage and no sat nav has been installed.
Please do not go anywhere near this place, there are much better garages around Medway. You have been warned!! If you do and have a bad experience don't say the reviews have not warned you before. Read them and see!!
