“Never turned up to collect ”

My husband arranged collection for his old car and i waited all day and they never turned up. No phone call to say they weren't coming. Not happy

“Unsatisfied about service”

My car was not collected on the day I booked and they want to move the day for collection to another day so I decided to look for another company to collect my car and they just did it on time so there is much more reliable companies out there to save and to economize your time. Really not satisfied.

“Avoid - Apalling Customer Service!”

What started off as a promising transaction to sell my car quickly turned into multiple incidents of awful customer service. I had obtained a quote easily enough and arranged for my car to be collected on a specific day. I did not receive a call the day before collection as promised and on the morning of the collection date received a call to say that I had not been booked in and had to re-arrange. The day before the second collection date I was left a voicemail to confirm collection. I called back and was told that I was not booked in AGAIN! I complained and was told there was no possibility of having my car collected on the previously agreed date. I asked to speak to a manager to complain and I'm currently awaiting a call back tomorrow. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this company as their customer service is awful.

They requested for me to put my bank details though email before they came and completed the pick up. From my understanding, no company would ever ask for someone to make or put their credit card details through an email. I don't think I can trust them for this. What should I do? Steer clear as this is a huge red flag or can they be trusted. Thanks!
