Where to start. 7 month old car on its third visit to Perry's with the same fault.

Car not purchased from Perrys as I knew of their reputation, but little choice in taking there when car was faulty.

First visit - sneered at by reception staff when I described the problem with my car who advised "they are all like that..."

Accompanied by a mechanic who witnessed fault, and appeared to fix problem through a software update.

Fault back within a month. Had the car all day - went to pick it up "no fault found."

Drove away - still same fault.

Booked in again. Asked for a courtesy car - none available for 3 weeks. Asked if I could have a lift home - "We don't do lifts home any more ...."

Took car in for a third time, asking if a mechanic would accompany me on a test drive - nobody free / all busy.

Called Perry's following day to check on progress - was asked if I could go in and test drive the car with a mechanic to show him the fault!! Complete jokers ....

Spoke to, on the surface, very helpful After Sales Manager who promised to arrange to drop car off at my home by lunchtime next day. I stressed the importance of this.Offered a string of excuses for poor customer service. It's simple really - Perry's and customer service are like polar opposites.

Car still not back at 1.30pm. When we dared to question this, he became abusive, adding that their lunch time is up to 3pm ????? Totally arrogant on the phone, implying I should be grateful that he had put himself out to try and sort out our car ! Also went on to say it was the way the car was being driven that was causing the problem. I've been driving for 30 years, owned dozens of cars, and NEVER had this issue before.

He also lied about a conversation between Perry's and my wife earlier that day. My wife was advised they were waiting for a driver to return the car - NOT as I was told that they were apparently working on the car.

Do yourself a favour - take your business elsewhere, as I wouldn't trust Perry's to service my two year old trike.

All the reviews on here can't be wrong.

Perry's have absolutely no concept of customer service.
