I purchased a car recently, the service was very efficient, friendly and professional. A month later there was a fault with the car, as soon as I phoned One Stop to inform them, they confirmed that the car was under warranty. They didn't hesitate to rectify the problem and no quibble what so ever and put my mind at ease straight away. I live a good distance away from Manchester, One Stop were happy for me to take the car to my local garage; they helped my garage find the correct part and it was all sorted within the week - I was amazed at how easy One Stop made a potentially stressful situation - I would certainly buy a car from them again, great to find a car sales business with integrity.

The salesmen make you feel comfortable and confident with the car you're interested in which are competively priced without being the slightest bit pushy. The guys at One Stop Car Shop are brilliant. I have just bought my second car from there and it's not going to be the last. They make you feel very welcome and all of the staff are very friendly. On arrival at showroom I was really pleased with choice of cars available at fair prices and felt the hour long drive was not wasted. No pushy salesman following us around. We simply took our time, walked around and then asked for keys for the cars we liked. We weren't expecting to buy on the day but found the car we wanted. We were given a fair price for trade in and when collecting car given a full overview of vehicle features and how to operate everything. Didn't feel rushed or pushed. Salesman are a credit to the company and we would definitely recommend. Thanks guys.

From start to finish cannot fault the service especially being a female, there was no hassle, no hard sell , and everyone loves my new red corsa (not a fiesta that's an in joke). Everything on the paperwork side was fully explained and the process quick. Cannot really find a fault other than no flowers and would happily recommend anyone looking for a car to check out the website or to call in to check them out.

This is the second car I have bought from The One Stop Car Shop in the last twelve months. Over the years I have purchased privately, from auto trader, independent car dealers and main dealers, both second hand and new cars, this is the best company by a mile!! No lies and no pressure sales. The BMW car I bought was immaculate, totally as described and a fair price given for my px. From the receptionist, the salesman, the after sales, all gave friendly excellent customer service, even offered to drop me off and then collect me to enable collection of my car after it went in for a minor repair. You will not be disappointed.
