Outstanding Service

We had sold our main car privately but still had transport so we were in a position to seek the best possible price for a new car. We had already visited a couple of Nissan dealers and the experience was a bit soul destroying to say the least, that is if they bothered to speak to you. After looking at various on-line well established 'brokers' we contacted New Car Discount after reading very positive reviews, web site was excellent and the Nissan Qashaqi discount prices were amazing. With the exception of a couple of short telephone calls the whole process was done by emails from the comfort of home to the same account manager J who was more than excellent and answered all questions almost immediately. This did give you confidence. Like other people I was initially wary at having to pay over a large sum of money to them and not the dealer as is the case with most other brokers, but did what due diligence checks I could and all reviews were very positive. The final balance was only paid less than 24 hours before we received delivery which in Nissan's case was was to our door in an enclosed trailer and all well prepared with no shortages. It was a stress free experience with no hitches and we did not have to endure any dealer up-selling to boost their commission. I am now recommending NCD to friends and family etc.
