I live in Bristol and am now on my third car from Motorland (over a period of 7 years). The travel from Bristol is worth it as I trust them implicitly and the after sales service I have received has been first class. Nothing is too much trouble from the team and I really can't recommend them enough - they truly are an amazing car dealership and and I will go back to them again for my next car.

purchased car promised paint spare keys nothing appeared after a 1000 miles clutch gave up i was on holiday in spain nursed the car back only to be told its out of warranty and the bill would be £1200 never had a clutched replaced in 40 years driving VEHICLE was supposed to be serviced prior to purchase service light came on tried to give me a load of waffle ive been in the auto trade for 30 years he didnt know what to say needed new pads all in all very expensive vehicle staff who are either ignorant or just full of bull very very nice before sale but if something goes wrong forget it

I booked a test drive on a car we were traveling a round trip of 100 miles I rang on Saturday morning to make sure the car was still for sale to be told it was. So off we went very excited when we arrived we were told its at our other site which is 15 minutes away and he said that the car was still for sale so off we went when we arrived we was told the car had been sold I said I had rang that morning to be told it was still for sale they replied it was sold on Tuesday I was so angry I asked why they hadn't rang me and his reply was we are not obliged to ring. I thought he was very rude and to say we had a wasted journey is a understatement I would not recommend this company to any one they are an absolute disgrace

Bought a car from here and had nothing but problems with it, told the dealer and feel like they are fobbing me off they don't really want to deal with me I paid good money for this vehicle, and it is a lovely vehicle if it didn't keep breaking. Asked if i could swap to another vehicle from them and they hung up on me I'm disgusted with this service I wouldn't bother wasting your time buying a car from here unless you want nothing but a headache

I bought a car from here on finance, since I've bought it I have kept having problems with it. After charging me £600 to fix my car, the people at motor land said I should take my car somewhere else as they can't figure out what's wrong with the car. There very friendly when buying a car, but the after care is very poor. I am disgusted and angry at this company. Stay away people!

Brought a car, they said I had 14 days to return, issue arose with the speed, they had it a day, gave it me back, still had issues, tried to exchange for another within a week to be told I would take a £500 loss and that they never did another to the car when it was in the garage, my husband went there to have it out with them, they asked him to go out the back, there are no cameras out the back and 3 men were there waiting, talk about service, this is going straight to the ombudsman, they are brilliant and friendly but once they've sold you the car there is a completely different side to them! Do not buy from them

I have recently purchased my third vehicle from the Bloxwich branch as I find the team there absolutely Fantastic. They are all extremely friendly and know their cars. I have always found them going that extra mile for me as a returning customer. They offer a great choice of vehicles and they are always well presented. I have always part exchanged a vehicle when purchasing and found their offers on these very reasonable. The latest vehicle I have just purchased from them had a small fault which i spoke to them about after a test drive. This fault was fixed before i collected the car. In short, a very friendly and knowledgeable service and a good choice of quality cars... I will definitely use again and would recommend to all...
