Poor customer service, told my elderly mother they would do a deal on price, let us test drive for her to then tell her they couldn’t do the deal, waited around half an hour for someone to deal with us as customers, not good my poor parents in their 70s lost the car they wanted over £140... they had already said they couldn’t make this up and was told “don’t worry we will look after you, have a test drive and we will reduce slightly”. Just be honest and say no rather than build someone’s hopes up,,,,

As a former car salesman of 10 years Motonet is without doubt the best used car dealership in the City of Coventry and arguable the country. As a small family business they are the brand! They are people with integrity and actually care about what they do. They never over-promise but they certainly over-deliver!! I recently went to Motonet to get a car and I explained to them that I wanted finance as I needed a decent car for my new job but my credit is not the best. Motonet really went the extra mile to help me get accepted and even spoke to the finance company on my behalf.
