Numerous issues with car. Had car 3 days.. Fixed 1 of several. Car came back with damage to the nsr arch and the owner rudely blamed me. Car has an airbag fault it should'nt be driven with, car had leak with waterlogged carpet no apologies. The tyres was damaged causing limp home mode, said it had been repaired but its causing more issues. Blames staff shortages. Dealing with ombudsman now for refund. Im sure there will be a rude reply like the other bad reviews. No offer of loan car. Avoid this place like the plaque. Never even checked or valeted on delivery. 16k spent customer service bad!
