This review is specifically relating to Glyn Hopkins Fiat Milton Keynes.
After purchasing a top of the range modell last September, having several bad experiences with the sales department during the purchase, then having a bad experience with the service department. I cannot recommend any aspect of this dealers service.
Head office are just as bad, an e mail to the MD with just one question, went unanswered, that says it all really.
And we still have the problems with the vehicle, however to be fair, they have said that they will have the car back in to take another look. The problem with that, is having to deal with a service department who don't return calls, and a Fiat technician who thinks he's doing you a favour.
