Visited the showroom a couple of times before deciding on the vehicle I wanted, the staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped me throughout the whole process and did not put me under no pressure to buy. The care and time they gave me was excellent and has made me feel like buying a second hand car is a excellent and more affordable option. I have now encouraged family and friends to buy from them as the experience I got was second to none and i'm sure my friends and family would receive the same excellent service from the guys there.

Viewed and compared their cars online with other dealers for a few weeks. Picked three I was interested in and travelled down from Aberdeen. They picked me up from the train station and were extremely helpful. What I really liked, there was no pressure selling and the car I chose in the end was ready to go that day (Brilliant). If there was a negative it was the coffee (could do better)

Friendly staff, good at answering phone enquiries prior to visit. No problem with the car we bought still running fine. Appears to be a no nonsense family run business. Would recommend.

From initial telephone contact through to completion the service I received was excellent. I was treated with courtesy and respect and not pressured in any way. The staff were friendly and polite. The car I bought is in first class condition and was delivered to my door. Although fengate is eighty five miles from where I live I would definitely make the journey to buy a car from them again. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Definitely a five star service!

after a disasterous experience of buying a used car from another dealer we were extremely cautious and didnt believe there was such a thing as an honest small used car dealership I know that there are many very large companies out there but they also carry the large price tag on their used vehicals.FENGATE MOTORS in peterborough completely smashed that myth and gave us a good car at a very fair price with complete and utter piece of mind.He wasn't pushy at all and we took practically most of the day deciding whether or not to buy the car ,we gave this poor guy hell,picking on every little thing that we could fault with the car(which is 9 years old by the way)Ozzy at fengate motors went out of his way to correct everything we mentioned(some of which his mechanic was doing instantly in their on sight garage.and after taking the car away (and still being suspicious)we had it independantly looked over and found a couple of very minor details which after ringing ozzy he instantly told us to bring it back without any hesitation at all, and he would sort them, which he did.The guy is a total professional,polite,efficient Ozzy you have restored my faith in the used car industry,thank you.
