This refers to the FORD branch in St Albans. Terrible first car purchase. One week after buying the speedo failed, the engine exhibited misfires, and the right wing mirror practically fell apart. I bought a spare key from them as one wasn't provided. The key doesn't work and the store manager tried to persuade me to pay an additional fee to get it programmed again, on top of the £120 spent. He had no idea really and promised to call back after checking. He didn't. Apalling service, apalling telephone system.
