“Very poor customer service”

Bought my car from Evans Halshaw a week ago 26th July and to say they are rubbish is an understatement !! part exchanged a 2.0 51 plate focus Ghia they went over that car with a fine tooth comb they wanted it to be fully serviced they wanted two keys has it costs them £150 to get a new one. On receiving my car work was not completed as they said it would scuff on bumper and stone chips on bonnet, I've only got the one key and no owners handbook, you cannot get through on the phone its always oh he's not available, now I've noticed that the service book has been stamped but on checking the levels of power steering fluid well under minimum, radiator level very low and engine oil looks old and level almost on minimum to me it don't look like it's had a service at all so summing up
BLOODY RUBBISH !!! do not buy a car from these lot it's not worth the hassle.
