I bought an Audi A4 2010 plate on 27 April and drove the car back to Maidenhead. I took it out for a spin a week later and touched the driver rear view mirror in the car and it fell of coming off the attachment. We have since been talking to their service department manager. He advised us that we should take it to a VAR registered garage, which we did to two different ones. One of them advised us to go to Audi garage, the other quoted £400. He keeps fobbing us off about he will speak to managers and get back to me and he never does and we phone him back. I would like to know if I can insist on my money back?

Pathar, Do try - they never bothered finding my phone much, but did offer a token gesture for me to take the review down (which I didn't accept as they should have found my phone seeing how it was one of their employees who last had it and then disappeared). They seem pretty crooked overall, but perhaps pressing them will yield a satisfactory result for you (it's not like you'd want to rip off a review mirror on purpose, is it?) Best of luck, P
