Although I was a little reluctant to use an online broker, especially with all todays scare stories, I decided to place an order for my new Ford Focus based on the hugely discounted price. Also paying the deposit by credit card gives full protection by the credit card company even if the remaining balance is subsequently paid via bank transfer thus giving me piece of mind incase of any future issues/problems. However, from placing my order to receiving delivery of my new Focus the whole process was professional, speedy and with no issues. The staff answered any questions and emails very promptly and my Focus was delivered to me 11 weeks after my order date which for a factory order (with numerous factory options) was in line with previous orders I have placed via main dealers. I would have no hesitation using brokers4cars again and will happily recommend them to my family and friends.
