I had been in the market for a good reliable family car and have been looking around for a while. I wanted to buy from a dealer as I wanted warranty + the piece of mind that if things went wrong I could get it sorted. I found a good Mercedes C Class at AZ Autos in Hitchin, it was a very good price too. Given it's was going to be a family car I had it fully checked over by my trusted mechanic. The feedback was that the car was in excellent condition so I bought the car that day, and drove away a happy man. 2 months later the orange engine light came on the dashboard, so I called AZ Autos - I must say, I was a little concerned that they might not even remember who I was (like many other car dealers I wont mention). How wrong was I... Not only did they remember my car, but they also remembered who I was instantly and that my Mercedes was my family car. They arranged to have my car picked up, fixed and returned to me - all whilst I was at work! What's more is it was all covered under warranty - I didn't even have to ask, they just told me it was all covered. I also got the receipt for te history (a new catalytic converter was fitted). I couldn't ask for more. Great service at a great price! Thanks guys.

We had a really good experience with AZ autos, purchasing an Audi A4, it was just what we were looking for, although may now have to go back for an estate as we have a baby! The service was warm, friendly and professional, and we were put at ease immediately. Thanks David for help on the car and installing our hands free parrot, I am now hands free and loving it!

I needed a few repair's done to my car, I was recommend AZauto by a friend. It was a great move and I am now happy I've found a local garage I can depend on. My repair's were pretty basic and I also needed my MOT sorting. Everything was done really quick and was great value. The guys there were really friendly and were happy to help.

Responded to car advert. The staff were friendly and helpful offering a realistic trade in price for my car. Provided extensive advice on warranty options and explained each step of the process in a clear manner. I felt comfortable and will contact them next time I change car to see if they can help.
