A car buyers dream

FIVE STAR PLUS. In need of a replacement car I went to Autosales in Cannock to have a look at their stock. Browsing, I was approached by the General Manager, Mark. He was polite, courteous and was not pushy in the slightest. Each vehicle I looked at Mark was able to tell me something about it. Although a Suzuki dealership, I was impressed by the knowledge he and Ashley (Sales Consultant)had on the Citroen I became interested in. When asked I was given the Service Log to review along with all the invoices for work that had been done. I was delighted to see that this vehicle had been well maintained and serviced when due. At no time did I feel under pressure to buy. In fact I was encouraged to feel certain that this was the vehicle that I wanted. I was given a test drive and Ashley who came along was able to give me lots of information and tips on the Citroen. My wife (a none driver) was given consideration and was invited to ask questions so Mark and Ashley were sure that we were BOTH happy with the vehicle. We were and went on to purchase the Citroen. Politeness, courtesy and genuine interest in the customers needs was above and beyond. Let's not forget Belinda who made sure we were given refreshments etc as needed. AUTOSALES GROUP can and must be proud of their staff and the excellent service they give. A truly wonderful buying experience that I thought had died out years ago. Well done all.
