what a shambles of customer services.
The express sercive check-in doesn't work.
Then they have this crazy system whereby you are allocated a service person and only that one will see to you.So if they have 2 or 3 customers to deal with, you have to wait whilst 2 or 3 other staff sit around doing nothing.
Who devised this ?
Have never waited so long, or had to put up with
Staff were courteous & technical people gave good advice but the whole process undermined by this daft and inefficient approach
