i bought a 2007 picasso & it was on the forecourt WITH NO WORK DONE TO IT, so i found out later....1- they only had one key 2- the injector seals were leaking badly 3-cruise control NOT WORKING 4-reverse sensors NOT WORKING 5-drivers door mirror(electric folding) NOT WORKING 6-knocing noise when pulling away....THEY SAID THEY WILL NOT REPLACE THE MIRROR... 244 pound they want off me to do it...i had to go back 3times to do the reverse sensor...it took them all day to do my injector seals THEN TOLD ME AT 5PM THAT ITS NOT FINISHED & WE CAN NOT GET THE CAR BACK UNTILL ITS FINISHED....i HAD TO GO BACK TWICE FOR THE CRUISE CONTROL.....THEY LOST ONE REVERSE SENSOR......THEY WERE IGNORANT ON 2 OCCASIONS .....REALLY BAD SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH....i will not be buying another car from them & i will be telling everybody that i know NOT to buy one too

I had a very similar experience with this dealer, I ended up refusing to deal with the dealer and only dealt with AC headquarters where things seemed to get done a lot more however I am still left with a vehicle out of the 3 month warranty that has something going wrong nearly on a monthly basis. I would never recommend buying a car from Arnold Clark.
