Fantastic company who dispatched my items quickly, I was extremely impressed when I received my items to see how well they had been packaged. I do like it when a company gives you something back so their loyalty points scheme was another reason for me to shop with them. Having looked at the website a couple of times, and being slightly sceptical about purchasing from the website for the first time, I recently bit the bullet and submitted a wee test order. I had nothing to be concerned about, emails advised of my orders progress and the goods were delivered exactly when promised. Everything was as expected and I have since recommended the site to a couple of friends ans will definitely be ordering again myself. 168

Now my favourite yankee site, recieved the items I ordered on time well packed and I got some free Yankee gifts more than happy I would recommend.

I absolutely adore Yankee Candles and after searching through google it was nice to come across a website that is easy to understand and browse. I really like the fact that the website didn't force me to register when purchasing, such a refreshing change! Although i wanted loyalty points so I did anyway - points mean prizes :) The choice of Yankee products is great and I spent far too much but it was worth it! My candles all arrived within good time and I couldn't be happier. I am currently burning Pink Sands and it's absolutely delicious. From a self confessed Yankee Candle addict.

Well placed my first and last order with Yankee Planet on the 10th March and will not use again. One of the items i ordered was not in stock, and when a refund email was sent it was for the wrong amount, i ask YP to contact me asap and they phoned me at gone 10 pm. REALLY an email would of be fine at that time of night and then made me feel stupid as it was only 14p YES but it was my 14p!!! The delivery has arrived today an although i had to pay £2.99 p&p it also seems you pay extra to buy off the internet too, Most of the items where sticker priced with a lower price than i paid. If your charging more on the internet REMOVE THE PRICE STICKERS!! AVIOD there are so many better site out there!
