Lateness of Dispatch

Ordered items on Monday evening to be told they would not be dispatched until Friday due to them being late with orders - This was only made apparant after i stated in the order to have my items dispatched as soon as possible as they where for a gift needed for the weekend with no response given from this. DO NOT USE if you want your items to be late - I have also had items previously from this company not arrive or have arrived damaged.

Before i made the purchase it would have helped to have had a GUARENTEED dispatched time rather than just when they feel like it. Also an option for FREE shipping when you spend over a certain amount like other places do - I dont see why i have had to pay out £3.90 For VERY POOR service !!
