I made the mistake of thinking the legal assistance on my LV policy would be precisely that.
ARC decided to decline to help on because they held the problem existed before my insurance started which was incorrect. They then wasted so much time on so called appeals and investigations that I hired my own solicitor and got it sorted a month before their so called investigations finished with a refusal to act.
About as much use as woodworm in a pirates peg leg.
