Nothing new to say and agree with all other comments. i have had the same experience. They just like to engage in endless email communication, place unrealistic expectations, obtain assessments from their own legal team who contradict other proper qualified solicitors. Their complaint process is equally poor. It would be interesting to know if they actually uphold any complaints.

We deal with over 20,000 claims each year and have a complaints ratio of less than 2%. We are confident that the vast majority of customers have a positive experience of our service.

If that is the case you can escalate your concerns to the Financial Ombudsman Service (if you are within six months of the provision of the final response letter).
