Megabus was suppose to pick up in Princeton. They changed the pickup location did not notify the passengers or update their web page. we had to drive from Princeton to NY and the customer service rep said it wasn't their fault. I asked for a supervisor she said there are none, told me send an email and hung up on me. we will not be using their services again
