All the individuals are fantastic, but seems that a lack of cooperation. The first two drivers are nice, shy and friendly, although came without the itinerary, nothing is perfect. 8 days' travel is smooth and organised, one star missing is because the last day's driver. The last day company changed the driver, and the new driver would pick us up at 15:00. As we did not have the driver's number, and the lobby of travelodge is not big enough for us to wait there. One member waited the driver in the hotel, and others are in the shops around. when we got the voicemail from the company 15:05, we came back immediately, and got our luggages from the hotel one by one. At 15:30, we departured from bicester to heathrow airport. During the 1.5 hours, the driver asked 6 times for the tips, disturbed us again and again. Our guests were getting mad, but we still gave him 10 pounds tips. Unexpected, he yelled and swore at us, ask us to pay 2 pounds per person for the 0.5 hours late! We enjoyed the whole journey, except the last driver--black gentleman! I think I will still recommend this company to my friends. It will be perfect if you can give your staffs prompt training that do not force the guests to pay the tips.
