Booking was easy, and despite the complication of 3 suspected species of bat in our loft space(!) we were able to book with precision to ensure we met the requirement to have the work done when it was safe to do so from a conservation perspective.

The crew who came to do the job were courteous and pleasant, and we particularly appreciated the efforts they went to in order to help ensure the areas for treatment were clear. They also helped replace our stuff in the attic once complete which was a massive relief.

Would definitely recommend them.
