Can anyone help with the question of Fensa and building regulations please? Sun Seeker doors are not Fensa registered and by law all replacement windows need to be “certified” that they meet building regulations. Has anybody had any problems with this please?

According to SunSeeker Doors website: "Fensa is a private company that confirms a standard of compliance, which is used by house owners to show compliance; a Fensa Certificate is not a legal requirement – but *compliance* is. SunSeeker Doors is a design & manufacturing company, not a dealer, and therefore we are able to issue our own compliance certificate to our customers."
