I bought probably the biggest radiator cover from this company a few weeks ago only to find it had been slightly damaged, I emailed them to let them know and got a response immediately telling me they would send out another cover, within a few days it was at my door, brand new radiator cover to replace the damaged one. lovely product, quick easy and they dont mess around! thank you guys! i will recommend you!

Rude beyond belief, shame as the radiator cover I ordered was very nice. Just don't try and contact Customer Services, they are very unpleasant.

The product arrived quicker than expected. The cabinet is lovely but the cabinet has been damaged in transit.

I contacted MDF world on Friday with explanation and pictures and I received a full refund Monday morning at 8.30am.

All issues on this review site about this company seems to be about customer service, I think a full refund within 24hrs (working hours) is extremely good.

My order arrived 2 weeks earlier than said,I was emailed to say it was coming next day,arrived by courier at 10am, was packed well with no damage and when built look fantastic can not fault the 2 cabinets they made for me or service

Very well made product. Excellent finish and very easy to put together.

Also the product arrived sooner than expected and was very well packaged.

Shame about the negative reviews. This seems to be down to damage caused by the courier service maybe rather than the product itself.

Excellent radiator covers, very solid, well made, easy to put together and fit. I have ordered 5 made to measure white satin finished radiator covers in total from MDF World and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends.

Terrible delivery, packaging not sufficient for product. Refused to believe packaging was at fault for damage on delivery.

Customer service very weak, sparce and unhelpful. Time frames given for delivery of new items not realistic, keep being fobbed off.

Still waiting for replacement of damaged items many weeks after initial order.

Better to find another company than this one.....just not worth the aggro.

I was really impressed by the covers on the website. However, I did e-mail with an enquiry as to why, if ordering three covers at once, would it cost £33 in delivery?

The reply was short&sarcastic&not very helpful. I would have been happy to pay the requested delivery charge if it was explained to me.

I have since got exactly the same covers at a cheaper price anyway.On reading the rather poor reviews, I am glad I went elsewhere. Rude&unhelpful.

i have been very impressed both with the quality of the radiator cover which arrived and also the service provided.

I needed a made to measure radiator cover due to the height of my windowsill - the website had clear instructions on how to measure the sizes needed to be provided. The made to measure radiator came with the option of the valve access hatch which is a fantastic idea and very discrete and practical. Once my order had been accepted, I was told the order dispatch was approx 4 weeks time but I was pleasantly surprised when the radiator cover arrived within a week!!!

A very solid cover and easy to assemble product.

Will definitely order again.
