I have had my pumps serviced with a established company PPS for 5 years now and felt i was not getting value for money anymore. I decided to investigate other providers and came across these guys "London Basement Pumps". From the moment i called i was treated with polite attitude and a professional manner and less cost. The engineer came to my property and spent over 3 hours checking , cleaning and checking again my pumps in the basement. The dust sheets they used were new and they even wore protective shoe covers AND plastic sheets over my walls. All this protective stuff scared me a little,but, the engineer assured me that no mess would happen. ( he was right by the way!!). I dont often leave reviews, so this is my way of saying thank you to a company that really went the extra mile to " get the job done".
