KRend say that they offer a thirty year guarantee but when the product cracks after a few months they say it is nothing to do with them. Their argument is that you have to prove that the cracking is the fault of the product and not the application even when the application has followed their specification. This product is very expensive and there are many examples of it cracking but when you seek help from Kilwaughter Chemicals who manufacture KREnd, they are not interested. It can be a very expensive mistake. Before buying I would have liked to know the frequency of cracking occurring after application.
