I looked at 3 flights online, tried to pay but there was an error. Phoned the company to be told flights no longer available, offered others at £80 more pp. Paid for flights, got confirmation email and atol cert only to be contacted 3 days later to say flights no longer available, can offer others at £400 mote pp! Asked by a very rude employee to wait 48hrs, if no flights available will get full refund, they took my £1514, now i have to wait 5 working days for my refund. Surely there must be something Simone can do about this firm???
