I have been robbed by XLN malpractice of charging customer - business assurance charge without customer request or acknowledgement for the need of the service. This is illegal and akin to daylight robbery.

I declare that I have not received the letter or acknowledge agreement to the charge. I have not viewed my invoice since 2014 taking XLN in good faith that they will not sneak or missell me a product I dont need. Over the period, I have not called in for the service or being aware of it all that rendering it useless at all time.

I demand for the business assurance charged to me since April 2016 to now be refunded.

Your online customer service has failed to upheld customer right to complain and escalate it internally according to the right procedure. I have not been advised on my right to complain and escalate up to Ofcom and this would be a violation of your internal complain procedure that denies the basic rights of the consumer.
