After suffering yet another BT price rise I took the plunge and accepted the Vodafone Home Broadband offer to existing Vodafone mobile users. Everything went like clockwork (I think!) I was away from home when the switch over took place. Before leaving home I unplugged the BT router and plugged in the Vodafone router, connected the Ethernet circuits (3) and left everything turned on. On my return everything was on line. I had to change the SSID and password in the SkyHD box, iPhone and laptop and was back in business - but saving £20 a month. Live for three months - no downtime or poor transmission speeds despite being in the remote Highlands of Scotland. Download between 34 and 38 Mbps upload about 10 mbps. Very happy Vodafone home broadband and phone user.
