Taken out a fone with virgin media a few weeks before Xmas and I cancelled the fone a week after I got my fone due too fone being very small.. cancelled my contract and virgin media had the cheek sending me a bill what I didn’t used in January for £25!!!! Been on fone 4 times too virgin media too sort the issue out! Wouldn’t mind I’ve got prove that I sent the fone back too then too! Wouldn’t mind every time I rang them it was 40 mins too answer there calls which is absolutely disgusting for a poor service.. don’t use virgin media!!
