Been with Talk Talk for around 10 years, never had any issues with the phone and broadband has always been fast and reliable.

I love the fact that their contracts are fixed and I mean fixed not like other firms who offer you a contract and 3 weeks into the contract up your bill...

I also like the fact at the end of your contact you can enter a new contract without having to be a new customer, this is probably why I have stayed with them for so long.

Boots are optional and very easy to add/remove.

Their call guard is spot on, before i moved to Talk Talk I was getting LOADS of code calls, but when I moved to Talk Talk the calls drastically reduced to maybe 4 a year compaired to the 1-3 calls a month I was getting so I loved this, and over the years I have been getting even less code calls. Fantastic.

There online account section is pretty good but could use a few small improvements.

The online chat with an agent is really good and it allows you to keep a transcript of any conversation you have which is great and very reasuring as its emailed any account you chose and not just the one you have set the account up on.

The call center however is not as good, they are a little too forceful at trying to upsell products I don't want or need and tend to run off scripts a little too much meaning I don't always get my issue resovled but I have learnt you are betting sticking to the online chat to avoid this as they are a lot better at resolving your queries.

Just been online today to arrange a home move, only a few issues/downsides to the online service, Talk talk believe everyone owns a mobile and you cannot move address unless you have a mobile number, which for some isnt ideal. When moving address if they do not provide the same services in your new area instead of offering to downgrade you are forced to pay an extra fee to match serivces, you cannot alter this. For example I was on Faster Fiber free for 24 months but now I am being charged an extra £5 per month at no fault of my own, I am not allowed to downgrade or risk breaking my contract, now I am moving I am being placed on a few 18 month contract meaning I am losing an extra £90 due to this. Obviously there are still a few things Talk Talk need to improve to make this service better.

Overall I am happy with service however wish as a loyal customer I was able to keep the plan I was on before as unsure why changing area has resulted in the higer fee for the same plan I was already on...
