I had been locked into TalkTalks patchy service for 8 months and was looking to move house.. Their move order process was looking to up my monthly charge by £5 and lock me in for another 12 months.
After contacting someone about this I had to repeat myself 7 times for the Customer Service Agent to realise I wanted the move request cancelled, not my home contract.
On the whole the service dips during peak hours to the point where only one device can be streaming in the house at a time.
Poor service, rubbish Customer Service, am currently looking at the costs of changing now rather than move with them.
